How is payment arranged?

Payment is done in advance via bank transer (at least five days before the trip). This way everything is ready in advance.
However, we also accept cash payments. Payment with Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Payconic is posssible aswell.

What is private tansport?

We also have to be able to work cost-effective and efficiënt. We try to plan trips so we can pick-up multiple customers on the same trip. If you do not want to be in the car with other people, we will give you a priate transport. This way the car is reserved only for you.

Help! My flight is delayed or I missed my flight!

We always keep an eye on the on-line flight listings. When there is a significant change or when you missed your flight, you can contact us on

On rare occasion, it is possible that a flight arrives early. Please inform us of this aswell.

I don't know my way around the airport, do you help me?

We will assist you up until the correct check-in hall if you want. However we cannot stay and wait until you are checked in and put your luggage on the conveyerbelt. We thank you for your understanding.

How you you know it's us?

Our chauffeurs will carry the following nameplate with the name Geronimo.

Where exactly can you find us on the airport?

  • In Brussels airport (Zaventem), you can find us on the right side in the arrival lobby. We will be in the direction of the elevators and escalators.
  • In the station Brussels-South (Bruxelles-Midi) we will meet at 'Sam's Café', where the arrival lobby of the Thalys crosses the central arrival hall.
  • In the station of Lille Europe we will meet at the Meeting Point in the central lobby.
  • In the airport of Charleroi (Brussels South Charleroi Airport), when you come out of the central hall to the right side. This will be at the "Currency Exchange"-office / Leonidas pralines.
